• Check-In and Check-Out

Guests can check in from 3:00 PM until 11:30 PM, and check-out is available until 11:00 AM. Early arrivals or late departures may be possible based on availability. A valid photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.

• Age Requirement

The minimum age for check-in is 18 years. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

• Deposits & Payments

A refundable deposit of USD 50 (cash) is required upon arrival to cover incidental charges. The deposit is returned at check-out, pending room inspection. Major credit and debit cards are accepted for room payments.

• Smoking Policy

Golden Sand Oceanfront is a non-smoking property. Guests who wish to smoke may use designated outdoor areas away from rooms and entrances.

• Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed at Golden Sand Oceanfront. Only ADA-compliant service animals are accepted.

• Children & Extra Beds

Children are welcome; however, extra beds or cribs are not available. Room occupancy limits must be followed for safety and comfort.

• Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are typically free up to 48 hours before check-in. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a one-night charge. Policy terms may vary by room type—guests should confirm when booking.
